Woodcut-printed lantern workshops in Sleepy Hollow, NY

Create a woodcut to honor a person or heritage you care about that will be made part of a lantern for public display.

Artist Jeff White will provide instructions during the workshops! Paper used for the lanterns is Bhutan paper from Hiromi Paper.

Did we mention that the workshop is F R E E ?
bb_lantern_smThe goal is to make 100 paper lanterns, and the finished art work will be displayed at an exhibition called BRIDGELIGHTS @ Circus Latino, Sept. 18 – 20 in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
Circus_Latino_2015_Poster-v1-WCAnyone, ages 12-120, is invited to come carve portraits or family names/origins, which we’ll print on beautiful handmade Bhutanese paper.
