This afternoon we had the opportunity to try out one of our new kite making kits! These kits include already marked paper, sticks (spars), and string. All that is needed is some medium to apply our creativity onto the face of the kite.

Glue is applied directly on the stick instead of the paper.
For the best results, an awl is used to help manipulate the string around the kite.
